Minimum fee: AED 75,000

For clients who want Granville to represent their interests throughout the renovation.

Everything within Project Oversight, plus:

• Contractor tender management

• Commercial negotiations

• Contract and programme review

• Contractor coordination

• Cost tracking and budget control

• Regular site attendance

• Consultant coordination

• Detailed reporting

• Full snagging and handover management

10–12.5% of construction value
Minimum fee: AED 100,000

Unless specifically agreed within the scope of services, consultancy fees exclude:

• Architectural and interior design fees

• Engineering and specialist consultant fees

• Contractor, subcontractor and labour costs

• Materials, furniture and procurement costs

• Developer, authority and NOC fees

• Government charges and permits

• Specialist testing and certification

• Legal and professional fees
