Zulal – The Lakes, Emirates Living, Dubai, UAE

This project by Granville Global transformed a traditional villa in Zulal, The Lakes community within Emirates Living, Dubai, into a modern and comfortable family home. The villa renovation focused on redesigning the layout to create a brighter and more open living space suited for contemporary lifestyles.

The floor plan was updated to allow natural light to flow easily through the main areas, improving both comfort and functionality. The kitchen and living areas were upgraded with quality appliances and a stylish wood-paneled media wall that adds warmth and character to the interior.

Natural wood details were used throughout the home to bring texture and balance to the clean, modern design. With careful planning and attention to detail, Granville Global delivered a home that combines modern style with practical living in the peaceful surroundings of The Lakes community.
