The Lakes – Emirates Living, Dubai, UAE

This project by Granville Global features the renovation of a beautiful villa located in The Lakes community within Emirates Living, Dubai. The aim was to refresh the home with a modern layout while maintaining the calm and family-friendly atmosphere the area is known for.

The villa renovation focused on creating brighter interiors and improving the flow between the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Updated finishes and contemporary design elements were added to enhance both comfort and functionality. Large windows bring in more natural light, giving the home a warm and welcoming feel. The result is a stylish and practical residence that blends modern living with the peaceful surroundings of The Lakes community.
